Unlinking Number

The unlinking number of a link is the minimum number of crossing changes, taken over all possible diagrams of the link, that is required to convert the link to a trivial link. Lavinia Bulai computed the unlinking number of all but two links with 10 or fewer crossings [1]. The two remaining cases are L10n32 (U(L) >0) and L10n34 (U(L) > 1).
